Ericsson Files Lawsuit Against Samsung Electronics

Swedish telecommunications equipment manufacturer Ericsson had filed a lawsuit against
Samsung Electronics Co Ltd.

This is bacause both parties failed to reach an agreement on royalty payments for the use of patents.
