Yup, Swedish site ThePirateBay.org that was recently shut down after a police raid is up and running again.

One of those operating the Pirate Bay site, Fredrik Neij, said that it had reopened using servers in the Netherlands.

Tobias Andersson,spokeman for the site has demanded “an apology from the police and from the justice ministry and we want our servers back .”

ThePirateBay.org is widely known as the largest search index for BitTorrent, a system used for sharing large files over the internet.
