World Cup Semi Final

I’m a little intrested in football (or some call soccer), and today the World Cup reaches the semi-final stage with Germany v.s Italy and Portugal v.s France.
I was a little shock to know that one of my favourite players,Torsten Frings (Germany) has been banned from this game for appearantly “punching” an Argentinian player.
I managed to find the video evidence and after watching it..they call that ‘punch’?!!
hahaa…come to your own conclusions :

Frings was banned because of this? WTF? And they say FIFA is biased to Germany. Ha!
