Music Store by Samsung
Yet another online music store will be available for the masses as Samsung prepares itself to launch it’s very own music store to compete with Apple’s iTunes and the upcoming store by Microsoft to complement Zune.
Samsung plans to complement their store with their renage of MP3 players much like what Apple does with iTunes.
Samsung has tapped MusicNet to provide the library of songs for the store, which will likely offer both a monthly subscription and individual downloads. MusicNet currently powers Yahoo! Music Unlimited and MTV Networks’ URGE, which was developed with Microsoft and will be the primary service in Windows Media Player 11.
Do we really need another music store? what are they gonna offer that others haven’t?
Quiet a dumb idea if you ask me.

Whenever i online in the uni library and my iTunes detects a lot of users… and it makes me think sometimes… itunes=music=money to buy music=shouldn’t music be made free? That’s why i was overjoyed when several music label giants are making a switch to offer free music download. Eg; SpiralFrog ,Universal Music Group, samsung and even myspace. I totally agree that digital music should be free. Music on a CD that you buy shoul cost the price of the CD and the label.
