Apple Is Top Computer Brand

Apple has beaten the likes of Sony and Dell to claim top spot as the Top Computer Brand.

In a recent poll user said Sony and Dell were highly reliable but Apple has reliability and excellent customer support.Only a quarter of Dell and Sony owners said they were satisfied with their customer service.

“Expensive helplines take a toll on your pocket as well as your time. It would be good to see leading manufacturers following the example of independent stores by offering their customers a better service.”
