SEO - Search Engine Optimization

As you would know by now SEO (search engine optimization) is a very important knowledge to have, and most webmaster would agree that they are optimizaing their sites for Google.

Why Google?

Well i think it’s pretty obvious, Google is where the majority of traffic comes from. Webmasters report on average Google delivers approximately 80% of their total website traffic, while Yahoo brings in 15% on average and all the rest may bring in 5% on a good month.

One thing i’ve learned about SEO is that it’s an ever evolving art, what you’ve learned 1 year ago may not be applicable to current algorithm.

There are many SEO experts out there but Jim Westergren is one of the best out there.Jim hails from Sweden and become to be known as the top SEO expert.

I find myself reading his SEO articles from time to time.
